I am a Business Development Coach, Business Mentor, Life Coach and a Life Coach Trainer. I was born in Scunthorpe (steelwork’s town on the east coast), North Lincolnshire. I have three children and six grandchildren. I started my coaching business ‘Future Focus Coaching Practice’ in 2004.
Employment History
Previously I worked as a Commercial Apprentice in the steelworks for 3 years whilst in college. I then entered retailing and became a successful Retail General Manager for a number of high profile companies. My career spanned over 30 years.
Life Changing
I was, however, a self-confessed workaholic that resulted in a marriage breakdown in 2002. This caused a complete re-assessment of my life. I discovered a deep faith in God and became a fully qualified Coach and Mentor with the Coaching Academy in London.
Coaching/Mentoring & Speaking
My Coaching / Mentoring is done either ‘face-to–face’ or ‘over the phone’. It includes coaching for married couples or partners.
I am also a motivational speaker at conferences.
Hobbies
Football, cycling, walking, playing keyboard, reading , gardening, cooking, D.I.Y., gym, photography. Also in the last two years I have flown an aeroplane and driven a rally car.
