Areas of our lives.

1. Partner/Significant Other Person.

This could relate to your partner,spouse or best friend

2. Career/Work.

This relates to what you do as a profession, job or the role you play

3. Personal Development.

This relates to how you constantly learn new skills or update your existing skills.It also relates to how you are thinking differently- moving eg. from negative thinking to positive thinking. It can also relate to letting go of any ‘limiting beliefs’ you may have that are holding you back.

4. Family and Friends.

This is your family , close and distant, and your circle of friends.

5. Health and Vitality.

This area usually relates to your physical well-being.

6. Emotional Well-Being.

This is a measure as to how you are generally feeling ,emotionally, on a consistant basis.Everyone has ‘highs and lows’ but this is a measure of how you are feeling normally with the ‘highs and lows’ taken out.

7. Financial Security.

This relates to how secure you are now and for the future.

8. Social Life.

This relates to your time with friends and associates. It is where you are involved in other peoples’ lives in areas other than your work/ business life- though overlaps can and do occur.

9. Fun/Recreation.

This relates to what you do in your spare time. Hobbies and interests that are enjoyable to do.

10. Physical Environment.

This area considers where you live, the inside of your home, the outside, the street you live in, the town you live in, the country you live in.

11. Spiritual Life.

This area has many ‘ wide and varied’ meanings to people.  To some, like me, it is a deep faith in God. To others it is  simply being ‘at one’ with themselves. It is whatever it means to you.

12. Contribution to Society.

This relate to what we do for, or give to society for free. It could be our time, money or expertise.
