I sought out life coaching to get a boost/kickstart to organising and restructuring my life, to see what it was that was stopping me from making the right decisions and being happy. Although I was already aware of these things, I felt I needed an outsiders prospective on my life. Although I didn’t receive any ‘opinions’ from Sam( as he did remain non-judgemental at all times), he did , however , help me to set some goals and targets for myself to change what it was I wasn’t happy about. He helped me to become more aware of the ‘problems’ preventing me using my potential by focussing discussions on such problems and how to overcome them( as seen by me).
Often in the past I have become frustrated about my future. often trying to plan too far ahead and not focussing on my ‘immediate future’. I have now come to accept that I am ok to take one step at a time, that there is no rush or race againgst time. I should use time to my advantage and not fight against it.
Overall I have felt encouraged and empowered. I have been encouraged to take more time out to work on my journey and spend more time with ‘me’.
Sam has a very positive air about him and is very uplifting and inspiring to be around. He is assertive but with compassion.Knowing that his own experiences have led him into life coaching is reassuring as it shows that his passion for life coaching is rooted in his own morals and values.
Although I have only had four sessions from Sam I feel he has helped me to strengthen myself enough to finally to take control over my life and move on with ease and certainty.I have come to accept that doing what is right is less important than doing what feels right and trusting yourself to make practical, realistic decisions which are right for yourself.
Thank you Sam
