1. Personal Day
When I was a Retail General Manager I always had a Personal Development Plan and Training and Development Plans for the individuals in my Management teams and the overall business population .
I was always conscious of the need for these Development Plans.
They were, however, a little restricted. Restricted, that is, to the Work/Career element of our lives.
After becoming a Life Coach it became blatantly obvious that a Development Plan taking in ALL areas of my life was needed. I now have one!
The ‘Personal Day’ is designed to achieve greater success in life.
Vision, Goal Setting & Time Management
It explores our Visions/Hopes and Dreams for the future. It looks at Goal Setting and Time Management. (I don’t believe that we can ‘manage time’. We can, though, manage ourselves- ‘Self Management’ but most people relate to it as ‘Time-Management.’)
Becoming The Person You Want To Be
It looks at ‘becoming the person you want to be’. We need to first Be the person we want to be to Do what we want to do and HAVE what we need to do it.
Then we bring together ALL the areas of peoples lives to arrive at a ‘Plan of Action’, a Personal Development plan for their lives.
Greater Success In Business
Can this be of any benefit to our Business lives? Yes, of course. A well balanced life leads to greater success in the business area. Also the principles of Goal Setting and Time Management can be used widely in the business context.
2. Business Day
What could be more beneficial to you than for everyone to be focussed on your ‘Business Aims’, your ‘Business Values’ and the ‘Behavioural Styles’ that are the most successful. Added to that everyone becoming aware as to what everyone else does in the organisation.

The ‘Business Day’ is designed to:-
- Raise awareness of the Company’s Vision
- Explore the Values that underpin the Vision
- Improve Operating/Management Styles within the business
- Gain a greater awareness about the depth of everyone’s Roles
- Improve Communication and Teamwork
About the Days.
- Both Days are designed to bring together Development Plans subject to reviews at a later date.
- They are carried out with ‘fun’ built in
- Individual Days and individual Modules can be bought and the training is always done subject to the needs of your business.
- It is possible to include a package of Training Day(s) and One-to -One Coaching/ Mentoring sessions.
