People are very different in their needs. I work with people who want to make changes for the better in their own lives. I work with individuals and companies who want greater success regarding profitability of their companies. I work with organisations who want to achieve excellence in what they do.
Change Management
One area in which I have been extremely successful in is ‘change’, and ‘change management’. Many people, businesses and organisations struggle with change. One particular area of change that Company Owners/Directors/Managers find particularly difficult is bringing about a ‘cultural’ change. My work on ‘Behavioural Styles’ is extremely helpful to them in this area.
I work with people in close relationships. I find that not everyone struggling in a relationship wants to be ‘counselled’ through their difficulties. They are ‘where they are’ and simply want to move forward, set some joint goals, and have a great life together.
